Overview
CadPeek ("we", "us") provides browser-based tools to view, analyze, convert, and share DWG/DXF drawings. By default, files you open in the viewer are parsed locally in your browser and are not uploaded to our servers unless you explicitly use Share or other cloud features.
Information we collect
- Account data: email address, display name, and hashed password when you register.
- Shared drawings: when you create a share link, the file is stored on our servers for up to 90 days.
- Usage analytics: aggregated page views and tool usage to improve performance (no drawing content).
- Technical logs: IP address, browser type, and error logs for security and reliability.
How we use your data
We use account data to authenticate you and manage your subscription plan. Shared files are used solely to deliver view-only links to recipients you authorize. We do not sell personal information or drawing content to third parties.
Data retention
Share links expire after 90 days unless renewed. Account data is retained while your account is active. You may request deletion by contacting support or deleting your account from the user center.
Your rights
